1er Cru "Les Carrieres"

The altitude is about 300 meters, and the plot is located at half-hill. The exposure is to the southeast.

The average yield is 40 HL / ha, producing about 2,000 bottles per year.

Tasting notes :

Beautiful ruby red colour, intense and brilliant.

For the nose, very classical in this cuvée, with black fruits that dominate. A touch of wildflower brings complexity and nobility in the prolongation.

The mouth is incredibly refined: perfectly balanced between the fruitiness and minerality, it is straight and racy. The texture is fine, fluid and suspended in the air.

It is enhanced by a beautiful acidity giving a tonic touch. The tannins are so discreet that they are thought to be absent, replaced by a mineral impression that monopolizes the taste buds.

The finale concludes with a refreshing and original note of candy and violet.

Accompaniment: Game accompanied by red fruits
