Tasting notes :
Beautiful bright red garnet colour.
This nose is very discreet, nevertheless expressing notes of macerated grapes of very great maturity. Smells of blooming flowers (pink carnations) also brings a very classical touch to the bouquet.
The mouth is dense, racy and superb! The aromas are complex: there are notes of cherry jam but also flowers. The material is compact and tightly packed with high quality tannins, guaranteed by a well timed harvest. The master vinification with minimum of intervention, allows for this magnificent result: a great terroir, which produces a great wine, among the best of the appellation.
Cuvée solidly built, it deserves a certain amount of ageing to be tasted at its optimum.
