Tasting notes :

Fuees.jpg

Beautiful red and violet colours, intense and brilliant.

At first the nose builds slowly but then announces a beautiful concentration that unfolds after a little aeration. The aromatic palette then develops notes of black fruits.

The flavours are full force. Juicy, crunchy, racy, it boasts wild black fruits. The woody mid flavours are almost toasty, followed by tangy freshness. A discreet minerality is present for the long finish.
